Urgent delivery is subject to availability and a<strong>150 QAR fee.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If delivery is postponed upon customer request, the new delivery date will be scheduled <strong>7 working days<\/strong> after the request, provided full payment has been received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If payment is not completed, the company reserves the right to dispose of the products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If no recipient is available at the agreed delivery address, the goods will be returned to the company\u2019s warehouse. Re-delivery will require an additional <strong>150 QAR fee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B- Purchase on Demand &amp; Product Reservation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers can reserve or order products by paying an <strong>advance of at least 30%<\/strong> of the total price. This applies to products in stock, in transit, or to be ordered from suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The advance payment <strong>is non-refundable<\/strong> unless:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product is not delivered within the agreed period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product does not match the agreed specifications (shape or size).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the customer cancels the order for any other reason, the advance payment will be forfeited, and the order will be canceled permanently.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C- Exchange &amp; Refund Policy:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exchange:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products can be exchanged within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refund:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds are only issued for products with <strong>irremediable defects<\/strong> or if they do not match the agreed specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products requiring installation (e.g., tents, awnings) <strong>cannot<\/strong> be returned or exchanged after installation unless they are defective beyond repair.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D- Warranty:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>General Terms:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Warranty does not cover damages due to normal wear and tear, misuse (scratches, stains, tears, burns, cuts), or external factors (wind, rain, storms).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repairs, touch-ups, or replacements <strong>do not extend<\/strong> the original warranty period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Warranty Periods (unless stated otherwise on the invoice):<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Furniture:<\/strong> <strong>1-year warranty<\/strong> on structure and support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tents, umbrellas, and parasols:<\/strong> <strong>6-month warranty<\/strong> on technical defects and fabric.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exclusions:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Decorative items (lights, accessories, glass parts) are <strong>not covered<\/strong> under warranty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Customer Agreement:<\/strong><br>The customer\u2019s signature on the invoice constitutes <strong>implicit acceptance<\/strong> of these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If more information needed please contact us throught this <a href=\"https:\/\/ng-qatar.com\/ar\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">link <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms and Conditions A- Delivery and Installation: B- Purchase on Demand &amp; Product Reservation: C- Exchange &amp; Refund Policy: D- Warranty: Customer Agreement:The customer\u2019s signature on the invoice constitutes implicit acceptance of these terms and conditions.
