Terms and Conditions

A- Delivery and Installation:

  1. Products will be delivered only after full payment is received, which must be made at least two days prior to delivery.
  2. For corporate customers, delivery will follow the agreed-upon payment terms.
  3. Standard delivery is within 7 days from the purchase date unless urgent delivery is requested. Urgent delivery is subject to availability and a150 QAR fee.
  4. If delivery is postponed upon customer request, the new delivery date will be scheduled 7 working days after the request, provided full payment has been received.
  5. If payment is not completed, the company reserves the right to dispose of the products.
  6. If no recipient is available at the agreed delivery address, the goods will be returned to the company’s warehouse. Re-delivery will require an additional 150 QAR fee.

B- Purchase on Demand & Product Reservation:

  1. Customers can reserve or order products by paying an advance of at least 30% of the total price. This applies to products in stock, in transit, or to be ordered from suppliers.
  2. The advance payment is non-refundable unless:
    • The product is not delivered within the agreed period.
    • The product does not match the agreed specifications (shape or size).
  3. If the customer cancels the order for any other reason, the advance payment will be forfeited, and the order will be canceled permanently.

C- Exchange & Refund Policy:

  1. Exchange:
    • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
    • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  2. Refund:
    • Refunds are only issued for products with irremediable defects or if they do not match the agreed specifications.
    • Products requiring installation (e.g., tents, awnings) cannot be returned or exchanged after installation unless they are defective beyond repair.

D- Warranty:

  1. General Terms:
    • Warranty does not cover damages due to normal wear and tear, misuse (scratches, stains, tears, burns, cuts), or external factors (wind, rain, storms).
    • Repairs, touch-ups, or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
  2. Warranty Periods (unless stated otherwise on the invoice):
    • Furniture: 1-year warranty on structure and support.
    • Tents, umbrellas, and parasols: 6-month warranty on technical defects and fabric.
  3. Exclusions:
    • Decorative items (lights, accessories, glass parts) are not covered under warranty.

Customer Agreement:
The customer’s signature on the invoice constitutes implicit acceptance of these terms and conditions.
